The Detail Specialist must have the ability to meet deadlines, attentiveness and extreme attention to detail is a must. Must have customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stand, stoop and bend, work at a fast pace, and work with various cleaning products. Prior experience in detailing is preferred but not required.

Essential Job Functions:

·         Efficiently clean and refurbish new and used customer and dealer owned equipment (exterior and interior of equipment)

·         Produce a professional finished product (exterior and interior of equipment)

·         Assist in unloading trucks and reporting damages or shortages in shipment

·         Provide backup assistance in lot maintenance and moving equipment for the Sales Department Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety practices of the organization when completing work assignments

·         Maintain company vehicles, inventory, and tools in proper working condition

·         Perform quality inspections on finished Equipment before delivering vehicles to customers

·         Wash vehicle exterior, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.

·         Other duties or projects as assigned by management

Experience, Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

·         Ability to operate heavy equipment preferred

·         Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently

·         Ability to stand 8 hours or more per day

·         Valid driver’s license required

·         High school diploma or equivalent experience required
