  • Production Supervisor: The Production Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of safety, quality and production on his/her shift. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for the direct supervision and training of hourly employees on his/her shift.   • Downstream Technician: A Downstream Technician is responsible for the packaging, labeling and visual quality inspection of all products produced on their respective production line. A Downstream Technician is also required to assist Line Operators with line start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changeovers.   • Yard Loader: A Yard Loader is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading all deliveries made and received by ADS. Loaders should represent ADS in a friendly and courteous manner and display excellent customer service skills.   • Plant Maintenance Supervisor: The Plant Maintenance Supervisor oversees and performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Supervisor include management and execution of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. A Plant Maintenance Supervisor generally supervises a department including Maintenance Technicians.   • Stack product in prescribed pattern and quantity per pallet. Product to be stacked on pallets straight and square.
  • Visually check product for color, size, and contamination. Report variances to Supervisor.
  • Operate forklift or other Powered Industrial Truck according to company policy.
  • Clean and inspect all trailers before loading. Ensure orders are loaded accurately and properly. Any changes or problems should be reported the Supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure work area is kept clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards..
  • Perform routine maintenance of packaging equipment.
  • Observe all safety and work rules, and practice GMP"s as set by Company policy.
