Organization Makeup

These documents are used by TCEDC to govern internal operations.

Bylaws: This document outlines the rules adopted by the organization for the government of its members and the regulations of its affairs.

Policies: This document establishes policies on how to use the income received by TCEDC.

JDA: This document summarizes the regulations regarding the creation of a Job Development Authority.

 

Committees: The Traill County EDC has established the following committees:

Executive Committee – Consults and advises the Chairperson and Executive Director from time to time.

Business Assistance Committee – Promotes and encourages business development and expansion in Traill County.

Organizational Committee – Consults and advises the Executive Director on internal organizational development.

Recreation Committee – Consults and advises the Executive Director on recreation opportunities.

Marketing Committee – Consults and advises the Executive Director on marketing.
