Organization Structure

These documents are used by TCEDC to govern internal operations.

The Traill County EDC has established the following committees:

Executive Committee: Consults and advises the Chairperson and Executive Director from time to time.

Business Assistance Committee: Promotes and encourages business development and expansion in Traill County.

Organizational Committee: Consults and advises the Executive Director on internal organizational development.

Recreation Committee: Consults and advises the Executive Director on recreation opportunities.

Marketing Committee: Consults and advises the Executive Director on marketing.
