Jessica DeClercq grew up on a farm in rural southeast Saskatchewan.  She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Jessica began her career in the insurance industry with State Farm Insurance right after graduation.  She spent five years in Denver, Colorado where she was employed as an office manager and in 2010 she moved to Mayville, ND where she is currently the local State Farm agent. Being new to the community, Jessica is currently focusing on getting involved through numerous sponsorships and charity events.
